Cultural Hubs
From 2005 to 2008 Arts Council England and the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council developed Cultural Hubs in Durham, Telford and Bournemouth & Poole.
The aim of the Cultural Hubs was to explore workable models for delivering a cultural offer to children and young people by exploring effective partnership working and joint planning between the cultural and education sectors.
Hayton Associates has evaluated the Cultural Hubs throughout the life of the project.
